CNC Three-Station Busbar Processing Machine

This series of CNC busbar processing machines features three processing stations: punching, shearing, and bending. These stations can be used simultaneously or sequentially, shortening processing time and improving production efficiency. The bending station is controlled by a German Siemens PLC. The main function of this machine is to process copper and aluminum busbars of different specifications. During operation, simply select the appropriate processing station to easily and quickly perform various processing operations on copper and aluminum busbars, including shearing, punching (round holes, oblong holes), flat bending, vertical bending, U-bending, embossing, flattening, twisting, and cable connector crimping.

○ Punching Unit: Utilizes a six-position integrated turntable forged from ductile iron, allowing for the installation of dies of different sizes and shapes without frequent dies changes, resulting in high efficiency. The turntable is a single machined component, ensuring better concentricity of the upper and lower dies; the die mounting holes are CNC machined for high precision and long service life. Die changes allow for punching round, oval, square, and other irregularly shaped holes.

○ Shearing Unit: Employs a thickened ductile iron crossbeam to ensure long-term durability and improve machine stability; the file shearing structure ensures a smooth, burr-free, and waste-free shearing surface, saving material.

○ Bending Unit: Features an open structure for easy loading and unloading of copper busbars and easy observation of bending angles; a double-layer worktable allows all three units to operate simultaneously without interference; dies can be changed to perform flat bending, vertical bending, embossing, wire nose pressing, copper rod bending, and twisting operations.

○ CNC System: Utilizes Siemens PLC control for simple operation; automatic bending angle control; system with storage function for easy saving and recall; automatic stop time can be set for each workstation, resulting in greater energy efficiency. The system also features built-in fine-tuning capabilities for added convenience.
