This multi-functional equipment integrates three core processes—two-sided terminal crimping, single-side housing connector inserting, and conductor twisting—into a seamless, automated operation, eliminating the inefficiencies of manual switching between separate machines and significantly reducing human error.

○ Equipment Functions: Enables automatic wire feeding, meter-counting and fixed-length cutting, end-point termination, twisting of multiple wires in pairs, A-end insertion into the casing, and B-end twisting and soldering. It is a continuous automated processing system integrating quality control and monitoring.
○ High Capacity: The equipment adopts a unique servo-driven electric wire hole system, which can efficiently increase product capacity.
○ High Compatibility: The equipment is compatible with various wire types, including 0.8, 1.0, 1.2, 1.25, 1.5, 2.0, 2.5, and 3.96mm pitch casings. It can process various wire materials such as electronic wire, ribbon cable, double-parallel wire, and sheathed wire.
